"Sure, Steve. How can it be simple? Isn't it just all the same old same old stuff?"
All I can do is tell you that I spent many years researching and spending precious time (and money) trying all sorts of things. Here is the formula that has worked time and again for myself and for the many members of my downlines who are following it. They, and I, are only spending about an hour a day (after we got this all set up) promoting our businesses.
Set up a document to keep track of your links. Have one program per page. "Why?" Because you are also going to add your downlines' links to that page and to your ads. "Why my downlines' links?" Because when they win, you win.
Only do the first 3 steps the first week. Join, if you are not already a member, all the advertising links at the bottom of the page. Also, get the free versions of the tools listed.
Set up another document for your advertising. You will want to put the ads on a page so you can simply copy and paste them into the advertising medium. Then take a breather.
The next week, join two more, and start promoting all your links on the advertising sites listed at the bottom. Be sure you are updating your two documents.
Then finish up joining the rest of the programs and promote all your programs daily spending about an hour total. Simple
One more thing you can do is email the link for this page to all of your friends, relatives, and your downlines so they can use this same simple system.

4. Join Reaching Out to Make it Easier. It is $15 and is a 2X2 Cycler. I had 143 sign-ups in 3 days with this new program. It just makes sense.
5. Join the WorkFor3Dollars program (it costs only $3 once for life).
6. Join Learn To Earn Matrix program (it costs only $5 once for life).
7. Join MAXShares Matrix program (it costs only $6 once for life).
8. Join the EZ2X2 program that recently launched.
9. Join the $98K Cash Bailout program.

Traffic Seeker I upgraded to Platinum to send to over 1.1 million search engines. I blast my downlines' links 2 or three times a day to those 1.1 million search engines.
ViralURL I use this to run banners on many of my sites.
TrafficSwarm I pay $30 a month to advertise a BUNCH on here. I get really great resonse from it.
AdlandPro I post ads and blogs on here monthly and get traffic from the members.
I believe in "Paying it Forward" so I benefactored in over a dozen people into Pay It Forward Matrix. That filled my Level-1 and Level-2.
I also benefactored in my first 2 levels under the WorkFor3Dollars program with the idea that they would do the same for their first 3 people. Cost me a whopping $36 but it is really paying off.
